Scouting in Wales 1912-1913
These are two ledgers in Carmarthenshire Archives Service's Antiquarian Collection which are believed to have been compiled by Roland Philipps when he was a Deputy Commissioner prior to his enlistment in the Army in the Frist World War and death in service. We do not know how he compiled the information in them but can accept that they are contemporaneous record of the period 1912-13.
